Same day appointments for your child need to be scheduled on the phone with one of our nurses by calling 703-435-3636. 

Future physicals may be requested on line using the Appointment Request portal found on the home page of the website.  We schedule physicals 2 months in advance for babies thru age 18 months.  After that they are scheduled 2-3 months in advance.  Please remember that if your child is playing a high school sport, the physical must be after May 1st for the next school year entry.  If your child had a physical prior to May 1st and is not due for a full physical, request a "Mini sports physical".
