I have taken my daughter to RTC Peds for 18 months and never had any issues. There are multiple doctors there so you don’t get that personal treatment but there is always someone available to see you. Dr. Susco and Dr. Powers are the best and so friendly, we honestly loved them. My issue with them is that I called earlier today as my daughter wasn’t feeling well and spoke to a nurse named Marianne who was so rude on the phone. She was short and not helpful at all. Did not offer any tele-visit either. The whole conversation put a horrible taste in my mouth that I immediately called another Pediatrician and her all her records transferred. It is so unfortunate to have such sour people working in an industry where you are there to help others.
