My children have been patients for over 7 years. We love the medical team but it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. This morning I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered my call. This has happened to me many times and is incredibly frustrating as my work schedule does not allow for that kind of time. So instead my kids suffer not being able to be seen due to this inefficiency. I wish this would be resolved but do not feel optimistic due to the amount of years this has been going on.
