This was my pediatrician’s office when I was a child, and now I take my son there, but that will possibly change soon. The care is great, but talking to anyone is frustrating due to them putting you on hold for up to an hour, and scheduling an appointment (virtual or in person) for something urgent is nearly impossible. Even telemedicine is beyond difficult to schedule, to the tune of being on hold for nearly an hour just to schedule something virtually. We’re considering changing practices solely due to the inability to actually see a doctor or nurse when it’s needed. Again, if we could actually see the doctors and nurses I’d give a higher review because they are really, REALLY good, but the inability of them to be responsive (even just answering the phone to tell us they’re booked) leads to this low review.
