Lab Results:

RTC Pediatrics is committed to getting important medical information to you as quickly as possible. Lab results are now sent to your portal account as soon as we receive them in our office, however your provider may have not reviewed them yet.

Our office policy is that the ordering provider will review the labs within 3 business days. If it is a significantly abnormal result, our office will call you at the phone number we have on file as soon as possible, otherwise please be patient. If the results are normal, we will send you a message on the portal. If the results are abnormal, require follow-up or additional information, we will reach out to you by phone. You may see some “ abnormal results”. Do not be alarmed as they may not have any clinical meaning. The ordering provider will discuss these with you if they are a significant finding and need to be addressed.
