Please do not request appointments through the Portal. All urgent requests, well check and sick appointments must be made by calling our office.

Please Note: Immediate release of your health information may mean that you see your results before your care team has the opportunity to review them. Interpretation of these results may be complex and needs consideration of many factors related to your health. Please allow your care team some time to review your results.
