Are We a Good Fit?
New Patient Checklist
Choosing a pediatrician for your child is an important decision. It is crucial that your pediatrician’s philosophy on health and wellness aligns closely with that of your family. Take a few moments to read about our mission and our skilled and compassionate team of providers.
Are you expecting? We offer prenatal visits for getting acquainted, lactation consultations and more.
We are honored that you are considering RTC Pediatrics for your child’s care. We are accepting new patients ages 0 to 18 years of age. If you child is over 4 months old, please call our office to schedule a new patient well check. Appointment availability may vary based on demand. We continue to have daily slots available for all newborn patients up to 4 months old.

We Leave Judgement At The Door
We strive to be a judgment-free zone, and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We hope to provide a safe and caring environment for ALL families, because we understand that families come in many forms.
We Are A Vaccinating Practice
We believe that all children should receive the recommended vaccines according to the schedule provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the CDC. Read our complete vaccine policy.
We Accept Most Insurances
We participate with most major insurance plans. However, please review this list of exceptions. Contact your insurance company or call us with any questions.
Before Your Next Visit
Please complete and submit our New Patient Forms electronically. Our New Patient Coordinator will reach out to you about your scheduling needs within 3-5 business days. We need your child(rens) medical records prior to the first Well Visit.
Please contact your current healthcare provider's office to release records to RTC Pediatrics. The process can take up to 30 days. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any outstanding paperwork and provide your Insurance Card for scanning.
We Build Relationships
At RTC Pediatrics, our goal is to create a partnership with each child and their caregivers. Mutual trust, respect, and good communication are essential to the relationships we seek to build with our patients and families.
Your comfort and convenience are our priority, and we strive to make every visit to our office a positive experience. We want your child to enjoy getting to know our doctors and staff, so we will work hard to establish this bond during every appointment to our office.
We look forward to meeting you and your child and providing the quality, comprehensive medical care you expect and deserve.
